Ingredients of Purple Margarita
- 1/4 black jamun
- 3 1/2 tablespoon tequila
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 4 sprigs coriander leaves
- 15 ml triple sec
- coriander leaves as required
Step 1 Blend Margarita and iceIn a blender, add all the ingredients for the margarita along with some ice. Blend until the infusion is combined well and there are no ice chunks.
Step 2 Garnish and indulgeTake a Margarita glass and coat the rim of the glass with first, some lemon juice to stick the activated charcoal on its rim. Add in the blended mix and top it with coriander leaves for garnish.
